JOB REQUIREMENT
 
Event Coordination
    - 
    
    
    Serve as the focal point for guests RSVP’s, coordinate dietary requirements, other special requirements and provide prompt response to guest queries 
 
 
- 
    
    
     Ensure that there is a coherent experience through all stages of the event 
 
 
- 
    
    
    Collate guestlists, manage seating plans and ensure that any special requirements are communicated to external vendors 
 
 
- 
    
    
    Ensure a seamless guest arrival and registration experience   
 
 
 
Sponsorship
General Administration and Communications
    - 
    
    
    
    
    Ensure that all necessary services for the event are in line with SAM’s procurement process 
 
 
- 
    
    
    Keep track of event budget and expenditure 
 
 
- 
    
    
    Manage regular and necessary paperwork including preparing weekly meetings and reports, contracts, appreciation letters, eDMs and quotations 
 
 
- 
    
    
    Assist with copy editing of invitations, artwork writeups, programme booklet and other event collateral  
 
 
- 
    
    
    Observe due procurement processes to ensure necessary paperwork is submitted to finance department to process all incoming invoices 
 
 
- 
    
    
    Prepare agenda and take meeting minutes for meetings with external vendors   
 
 
 
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    - 
    
    
    Degree holder with relevant experience arts, communications, marketing or event management experience 
 
- 
    
    Keen interest in of contemporary art practices in Singapore and Asia 
 
- 
    
    Strong, writing, communication, interpersonal and research skills 
 
- 
    
    Fluency in English; Additional language abilities would be ideal 
 
- 
    
    Motivated and team-oriented 
 
- 
    
    Good project management and organisational skills 
 
- 
    
    Attentive to details and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
